Directions:  Read through handbook.  Then print off the final page in the handbook. 
Sign/date (where directed) and have parent/guardian sign and date. 

Due to coaching staff by Tuesday, March 30th at the start of practice.

Grade Checks are mandatory for any baseball players with a cumulative GPA under 2.5.   They are required to be submitted to the coaching staff every two weeks starting April 3rd.
